The Norman Estates at Tiburón project comprises a gated "community within a community" that was developed predominantly as 2 story, zero lot line villas with golf and water feature frontage in an exclusive enclave adjacent to the Tiburón golf clubhouse. The project attracted considerable industry and media attention and received multiple national and regional industry design and marketing awards. Norman Estates at Tiburón was separately marketed using a campaign emphasizing Greg Norman's lifestyle image and his role in the project, and the 27 villas were completely sold out by February 2001, at an average sales price of US$1.4m.
