Norman Estates at PGA West is a 58 home, single family, gated enclave on the Greg Norman Golf Course in the acclaimed PGA West community in the Palm Springs/La Quinta region of California.

The Norman Estates at PGA West project was wholly owned and developed by Norman Estates.

The product was initially designed and built with 4 distinct floor plans, each comprising 3 different elevations and incorporating a blend of Contemporary, Desert Contemporary, Italian and Spanish architecture. The PGA West development won numerous design awards, including a special merit award, and the first home sold set a new price point record for production housing in PGA West. The Norman Estates at PGA West homes were sold out by September 2006 for an average sales price of US$1.1m. Norman Estates at PGA West was widely recognized and awarded for its innovative home designs and superior landscaping and presentation packages.
